Male and Female Parts Promote Superior Signal Performance, Reliability, And Connection Integrity

Announced today by Sullins Connector Solutions, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of RoHS-compliant board level interconnects, are the new 1.0 mm (0.039”) contact centerline SMH Series Male Header, and SFM Series Female Header Mates. The addition of these board-to-board connector series to Sullins’ expanding header portfolio allows EOEMs and assemblers to cut vendor count per bill of materials (BOM), as well as reduce overall costs and time-to-market. Parts are available in single- and dual-row configurations, with or without guideposts, and with SMT, straight, or right angle terminations. To further support design flexibility, male headers are provided in 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm profiles, and offered with 1.65 mm or 1.90 mm head heights in SMT versions. Corresponding female header mates may be ordered with 2.1 mm or 3.15 mm profiles. Series Features Choices of Contact Centers, Positions, and Terminations for Optimal Design Flexibility

Sullins Connector Solutions, a global leader in the design and manufacturing of RoHS-compliant board-level interconnects, announced the availability of the SBH Series Fully Shrouded Male Box Headers, and SFH Series Female Header Mates. Engineered for board-to-board or board-to-cable connections, the series significantly reduces the possibility of mismating, and helps designers reduce the vendor count per bill of materials (BOM). The dual-row SBH Series Box Headers are offered in 1.27mm x 1.27mm, 1.27mm x 2.54mm, 2mm, and 2.54mm versions, with either straight or right angle dip solder terminations. To further enhance EOEMS’ and assemblers’ design flexibility and manufacturing efficiencies, parts are supplied in surface mount (SMT), insulation displacement (IDC), and plated through hole (PTH) styles. Edgecards Boast Gold-Plated Contacts to Ensure Performance in High-Reliability/High-Cycle Applications

Sullins Connector Solutions, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of RoHS-compliant board level interconnect products, today announced the availability of a comprehensive series of male edgecard connectors designed to simulate 0.062” (1.58 mm) thick daughtercards. The parts provide engineers and assembliers with a durable 0.100” (2.54 mm) or 0.156” (3.96) spacing interconnect system when mated with a Sullins or comparable female edgecard. The double-row connectors notably feature phosphor bronze gold-plated contact fingers that can eliminate the need for gold plated fingers on the daughtercard. Supplied in dip solder, straight, or right angle for through hole, and card-extender for straddle mount terminations, they facilitate optimal design flexibility while ensuring robust and reliable connections in high-temperature applications. Materials are UL94V-0 rated. Parts are available with a choice of PBT or Nylon 9T insulators. The female versions are supplied with high-temperature liquid crystal polymer (LCP) insulators, while the male parts feature Nylon 9T insulators. Materials are UL94V-0 rated and withstand high SMT solder-reflow temperatures.
