Hi-Temp Applications

Sullins hi-temp connectors are built rugged for use in intense heat environments with up to 250°C continuous operating temperature. Perfect for test ovens, these card edge connectors and headers can be designed with multiple temperature selections. In addition, since most of our configurations have a hi-temp option, you can easily incorporate this feature into your connector design.

Shrouded (Box) Headers

The new box headers and mates are ideally suited for the broadest range of consumer, commercial and industrial applications in which PC boards need be connected to another board or cable. As such, they may be confidently specified for use on PCBs in household appliances, HVAC equipment, gasoline pumps, vending machines, and industrial machinery.

IDC Sockets

Specifically designed to ensure durable board-to-cable interconnections in high-reliability, low-power applications, Sullins' IDC devices are well suited for a wide array of high-density, space-constrained consumer, commercial and industrial equipment. They are commonly employed in household appliances, HVAC equipment, gasoline pumps, and vending machines as well as in telecom and datacom applications.

1.0mm Headers

The new 1.0 mm centerline headers and female mates are engineered for employment in an array of high-density applications in which board spacing and overall size and weight are factors. Ideal for use in general consumer, industrial, and commercial applications, parts are frequently specified for board-to-board connections in household appliances, testing, computer, process control, security systems and telecommunications equipment. They are also an excellent choice for connecting PCBs in HVAC equipment, gasoline pumps, and vending machines.

Ruggedized Double Point Series

Sullins' RDPS Series may be confidently specified to connect high-density PC boards to 0.062" daughtercards in a wide range of industrial, consumer, and commercial systems and end products which need be resistant to vibration, drop shock, and short-circuits involving printed tracks on the PC board. Due to their durable double-contact-point pin construction and high-temperature rating, connectors are ideally suited for use in test and burn-in oven facilities, power converters, power suppliers, electronic component testing, communications equipment, medical equipment instrumentation, and automotive applications.

Male Cardedge

The male edgecard connectors are ideally suited for employment in an array of high-temperature, high-cycle life applications in which the circuit connection of PCBs or wire harnesses to 0.062" daughter cards are required. The connectors feature phosphor bronze gold-plated contact fingers that can eliminate the need for gold plated fingers on the daughter card. They are most commonly specified for use in test and burn-in ovens, along with communication systems, process control, medical equipment, instrumentation, and automotive R&D. Devices can also be configured as a test cable for a PCB in the absence of a daughter card.
